Weld-on SAE double flange, butt weld type: one groove-face flange head and one flat-face companion flange to SAE J518 / ISO 6162, each butt welded onto a pipe end. Choose the pipe schedule so the bores match the pipe wall.
Pressure series: 3000# (Code 61) or 6000# (Code 62). Pipe schedule: SCH 40, SCH 80, SCH 160 or SCH XXS. Materials: Carbon Steel ST52.3 or Stainless Steel SS316. Sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2", 3", 3 1/2", 4", 5".
