Weld-On SAE Groove Face

Weld-on SAE flange head (groove face), butt weld type, to SAE J518 / ISO 6162. The flange is welded end-to-end onto the pipe, so the bore is matched to the pipe wall thickness: choose the pipe schedule when ordering.

Pressure series: 3000# (Code 61) or 6000# (Code 62). Pipe schedule: SCH 40, SCH 80, SCH 160 or SCH XXS. Materials: Carbon Steel ST52.3 or Stainless Steel SS316. Sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2", 3", 3 1/2", 4", 5".
